# Rakazo support

For help with the Rakazo mobile app or a hosted Rakazo account, use the [contact form](https://jorvencorp.com/contact/). Include the email address on the account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

Open reproducible bugs and feature requests in the [public GitHub repository](https://github.com/elie222/rakazo/issues). Report vulnerabilities only to [security@rakazo.com](mailto:security@rakazo.com).

Hosted users can permanently delete their account and associated personal Space data from the Account screen in the Rakazo app.
